The Ask GIB approached us for a clean, well-designed annual report—nothing too complex, just something that would do justice to their year of work. ___________ What We Found While reviewing their existing visual assets, we realized the brand hadn’t evolved since 2013. The logo and templates were serviceable, but didn’t reflect the strategic, systems-driven work GIB was known for. With a growing global presence—including launches at WEF Davos—it was time their identity caught up. ___________ What We Did In collaboration with City CoLab, we conducted strategy and persona exploration session to uncover GIB’s authentic voice. We developed a confident, minimal visual communication system that reflected their strategic clarity and future-facing work. ___________ The Outcome The report was delivered—but more importantly, GIB now had a refreshed brand voice and design language aligned with their global ambitions. A foundation they could grow with, as they stepped onto bigger platforms.
